Giuliani complains auto insurance, requiring reductions assess
Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani is strengthening its efforts yesterday to lower automobile insurance rates in New York by filing a complaint against seven most insurers to obtain cheaper prices for residents.
The class action suit, files from the State Supreme Court in Manhattan, argued that the reduction in car thefts in the city have been accompanied by a proportional reduction in the overall rate of insurance. The suit for compensation must be complete for all policyholders in the city.
